SBCT AD 2.20 LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS

1 Airport regulations

The AD may be regularly used by any ACFT which is compatible with RCD 4E or lower;
- Restriction to ACFT classes and types:
a) ACFT WO RDO EQPT;
b) GLD;
c) ACFT WO transponder or with failure in this EQPT;
d) FLT of powered ultralights.
- Restriction to air services:
a) Object launching or pulverizing;
b) ACFT pushback operation;
c) Parachute launching;
d) Acrobatic FLT.

OPS of the Boeing 747-8F ACFT are permitted, in accordance with the special PROC described in the MOPS approved by ANAC.

Training FLT only subjected to previous COOR and AUTH of APP-CT at least 1 hour in advance, CTC APP-CT TEL: +55
(41) 3123-6728 OR +55 (41) 99244-8601.

Prohibited local flight in the traffic circuit, IFR procedure training, touch and go or other types of training that interfere with the movement of the aerodrome, MON-FRI 1100/1500 and 1900/2200. Outside these time intervals, the flights in question will be subject to authorization by APP Curitiba in coordination with TWR Curitiba.

2 Taxiing to and from stands

ACFT with wingspan greater than 24M are conditioned to pushback operation to exit PRKG. it is up to the OPR to
guarantee the availability of means, whether on his own or hired, to execute such OPS.

3 Parking area for small aircraft (General Aviation)

a. Compulsory prior AUTH from the concessionaire at least 02 (two) HR in advance of the operation, upon request through the AVG WebApp-CCR via the link ga.ccraeroportos.com.br when:
01 - ACFT requiring APN reservation;
02 - ACFT with international registration;
03 - ACFT with Brazilian registration and more than one owner/operator registered with the Brazilian Aeronautical Registry (RAB);
04 - ACFT with Brazilian registration, without aircraft/financial registration in the AVG WebApp-CCR or that needs updating, even without the intention of using the APN;
05 - ACFT exempt, on an experimental or instructional flight, in cases where the aircraft's registration category in the RAB is not listed as PRIVATE, INSTRUCTION or EXPERIMENTAL.

The Airport Operations Center (APOC) will analyze the request and return with the status via the CCR AVG WebApp. When necessary, adjustments to the schedule will be requested, which must be made at least 30 minutes before the operation, otherwise the request will be canceled.

6 Taxiing - limitations

RWY 15/33:
a. In Instrument Flight Weather Conditions (IMC), prohibited aircraft operation with the reference code letter "D" and "E" on taxiway "B", while there is an operation for landing or taking off aircraft classified as reference code number 3 or 4 on the runway 15/33.
b. Prohibited turn-around for ACFT with wingspan bigger than 36M out of turn-around area.

10 Preferential Takeoff and Landing Runway System

In meteorological conditions with a tailwind component less than or equal to 7KT, the preferred configuration of the landing and take-off runway will be the use of RWY 11/RWY 15. Such configuration will normally be used in preference to the use of RWY 29/RWY 33, as long as the surface of the tracks is dry.

When the runway system in use is RWY 11/RWY 15 with a tailwind component, pilots requesting authorization to use the RWY 29/RWY 33 system should consider that their landing or take-off may be delayed.

In order to optimize the airfield traffic flow, the preferential use of runways will be as follows:
RWY 11:
- Take-off CAT A, B and C aircraft; and
- CAT A and B aircraft landings.
RWY 15: CAT C and higher landings and takeoffs.
RWY 29: take-off of turboprop aircraft.
RWY 33: CAT C and higher landings and takeoffs.

11 Approaches and Landings

Pilots must clear the runway at the fastest speed allowed by standard operating procedures and in compliance with operational safety, allowing ATC to apply minimum separation on final approach. All landing aircraft must ensure that the runway has been completely cleared before coming to a complete stop. During landing, the pilot must select an appropriate and feasible exit taxiway to ensure MROT.
On landings on RWY 15, aircraft must be configured to clear the runway on TWY F, in order to use the MROT, and in order to facilitate the flow of aircraft on TWY B.
On landings on RWY 33, the aircraft must be configured to clear the runway on taxiway C or inform the Curitiba Approach
Control and/or TWR Curitiba if they are unable to comply with this procedure.

After clearing the runway, do not call the ground control frequency until instructed by the control tower.

12 Take-offs

- Pilots must be ready for departure when they reach the holding point. Otherwise, inform the ground control;
- Alignment must be immediate as soon as authorized;
- Start rolling immediately after authorized (maximum reaction time expected: 10 seconds);
- Immediately make the initial call to APP Curitiba after takeoff, in order to obtain instructions to clear the runway axis;
- The initial call to the APP after takeoff must be immediate and contain only the following pattern: "CURITIBA CONTROL
[CALL SIGN]". Do not include any additional information to the aforementioned standard; and
- Turboprop and piston aircraft must await radar vectoring or direct clearance to a published waypoint shortly after takeoff.
- TWR Curitiba will not inform the take-off time to the ACFT.
The instruction about the frequency of the next unit to be called after take-off and, if necessary, additional instructions, will be
issued together with the take-off authorization.
- Between 11:00/15:00 and 19:00/22:00 UTC, aircraft reference codes A, B and C must be configured to take off from RWY 11 or RWY 15 from the intersection with TWY “C”
(TORA: 1,740m). If it is not possible to comply with this procedure, the pilot must inform at the time of requesting the flight plan authorization.

Bird concentration in the vicinity of the airport

 Concentration of birds on the sides and TFC and SECT APCH circuit of RWY 15/33 and RWY 11/29: Lapwing (Vanellus Chilensis), Curicaca (Theristicus caudatus), Caracara (Caracara plancus) and hare (Lepus europaeus).
